Strategic Workforce Forecaster - Customer Service

Uline is seeking a Workforce Management Forecaster at its Kenosha, WI location to build data-driven forecasts for 1000+ Customer Service employees across North America. You will analyze demand, seasonality, and trends to guide staffing plans and support leadership with clear insights. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of forecasting experience, 3+ years of Excel, and familiarity with workforce management scheduling software.
