We partner with nationally recognized brands to help acquire and retain customers through face-to-face sales and customer service interactions. This position offers hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear path for professional growth.

What You'll Do
- Engage with customers in a retail environment
- Educate customers on products, services, and promotions
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication
- Assist with customer acquisition and retention efforts
- Meet individual and team performance goals
- Participate in daily training and professional development sessions
- Learn leadership, coaching, and business development skills
