Locums - Lebanon, Missouri, CRNA Opening

Expected Duration: Through 2/1/27
Reason for Coverage: Provider departure and FMLA coverage while permanent recruitment is underway
Full-time availability required

Coverage & Setting:

• Scheduled clinical hours plus call
• Primary coverage at Lebanon and Rolla, with potential coverage at Mountain View
• Full-time Monday-Friday coverage primarily at Lebanon or Rolla
• Rolla is an outpatient surgery center
• Lebanon provides hospital-based surgical and OB anesthesia coverage
• Provider may occasionally be asked to cover more than one location during the same day depending on the locums arrangement
• Assigned and unassigned patients

Schedule & Call Requirements:

• Regular hours: 6:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
• Approximately one weekday call shift per week and one weekend per month
• Call is required at Lebanon; no call required at Rolla
• Weekday call generally begins after scheduled cases, approximately 3:00-5:00 p.m., and continues until 7:00 a.m. the following day
• Weekend call begins after scheduled cases Friday, typically between 3:00-5:00 p.m., and continues through Monday at 7:00 a.m.
• Saturday and Sunday include 24-hour call coverage
• 30-minute unpaid lunch
• No guaranteed daily hours
• Overtime applies after the daily scheduled shift
• No stipends

Clinical Scope & Procedures:

• General anesthesia
• No Neuro or Cardiac cases
• Epidurals - Preferred
• Regional nerve blocks - Preferred
• Central lines - Preferred
• Lebanon provides 24/7 call coverage for General Surgery and OB
• MAC outpatient surgical cases are performed at Rolla Monday-Friday; times vary

Rolla Coverage:

• Outpatient surgery center only
• General Surgery: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
• Podiatry: Friday
• ENT cases: Second and fourth Thursday of each month
• Providers scheduled for Rolla generally remain at that location, although occasional same-day coverage at Lebanon may be needed

Lebanon Coverage:

• Monday: General Surgery OR and General Surgery Endoscopy
• Tuesday: OB OR and General Surgery OR
• Wednesday: Endoscopy - 2 rooms
• Thursday: 2 Cataract rooms and 1 Endoscopy room
• Friday: General Surgery room plus add-on cases

Support & Systems:

• EMR: Epic

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible - Required
• Active MO License - IMLC Accepted
• BLS - Required
• Full-time availability required
