Opportunity: Advanced Practice - (CRNA) - Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Job Details: Full-time Monday through Friday coverage needed at primary locations Regular hours 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM with on-call shifts available from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM Call coverage required once per week and one weekend per month Weekday call shifts begin after scheduled cases, typically between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM through 7:00 AM the following day Weekend call shifts begin after scheduled cases on Friday (typically 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM) and run through Monday at 7:00 AM, with 24-hour call shifts on Saturday and Sunday Coverage required across multiple locations including an outpatient surgery center and a hospital with 24/7 call for general surgery and OB Procedures include general anesthesia, epidurals (preferred), regional nerve blocks (preferred), central lines (preferred), and MAC No neurological or cardiac anesthesia required Surgical specialties include general surgery, OB, podiatry, ENT, cataract, and endoscopy cases No guaranteed daily hours and no stipends provided 30-minute unpaid lunch break Overtime applies after daily scheduled shift Board certification required with minimum board certification eligibility accepted BLS certification required Preferred skills include spinal anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, obstetrical cases, complex orthopedic cases, central line placement, arterial line placement, ventilation management, and evaluation and management of acute volume and blood pressure issues Facility: This healthcare organization operates both a full-service hospital and an outpatient surgery center, providing a broad range of surgical and anesthesia services to the community.
