Provides assistance and directions to patients and visitors. Ensures a welcoming and helpful environment. Provides facility guests with visitor badge. Communicates effectively with volunteers, patients, and staff. Addresses any issues or concerns raised by volunteers, staff, or visitors. Supports the overall patient experience by providing excellent customer service. Facilitates smooth flow of patients and visitors within the facility. Provides information to patients and visitors as needed. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Internet skills.
