Job Summary The computed tomography (CT) technologist is responsible for providing patient care and technical expertise in the operation of CT equipment for diagnostic imaging purposes. Minimum Qualifications Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Must be a graduate of a JRCERT accredited program; Certification in CT by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required; Valid MRT license by Texas Medical Board (TMB) required; Current CPR certification. Work Experience: Two years experience preferred. Equipment Operated: CT Scanner, Injector, PACS, RIS and related clinical equipment. Special Requirements Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact). Other Skills Analytical, Medical Terms, Typing, P.C., MS Word, MS Excel.
