Job Full Description

Greet and assist prospective residents in a friendly and professional manner.
Respond to phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries regarding apartment availability, pricing, amenities, and community policies.
Conduct property and apartment tours for prospective residents.
Explain lease terms, rental rates, deposits, fees, community rules, and available amenities.
Process rental applications and verify required information.
Prepare lease agreements and other required rental documentation.
Follow up with prospective residents to encourage lease conversions.
Maintain accurate records of prospects, applications, leases, and resident information.
Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and resident orientations.
Address resident questions and concerns and escalate issues to management when appropriate.
Assist with marketing vacant units through advertising, social media, websites, signage, and other approved methods.
Monitor apartment availability and maintain accurate leasing reports.
Collect and process rental payments or other fees when required.
Coordinate with maintenance and property management staff regarding resident needs and apartment readiness.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional leasing office and model apartments.
Follow all company policies, fair housing requirements, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned by property management.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous customer service, sales, leasing, property management, or administrative experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional and friendly demeanor.

Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout the property during tours and daily activities.
Ability to occasionally lift or carry light materials and office supplies.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors as needed.
