Pay: $20–$25/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift 7:00AM - 3:30PM
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire

About the Role

Adecco is partnering with a growing company in Owatonna, MN to hire experienced Framers for an exciting contract-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for individuals with strong framing or rough carpentry skills who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in building high-quality modular structures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform rough carpentry and framing tasks in a manufacturing/shop setting

• Measure, mark, and cut lumber to build walls, floors, and roof trusses

• Nail and assemble framing components and wall panels

• Install sheathing and roofing materials as part of the framing process

• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and work instructions

• Cut, shape, and join materials using nails, screws, bolts, or glue

• Follow work orders and production schedules accurately

• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area

• Communicate effectively with Leads and Supervisors

• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications

• 3+ years of framing or rough carpentry experience required

• Strong math, measurement, and tape‑measure reading skills

• Ability to read blueprints or construction drawings

• Experience using framing guns, drills, routers, and cordless tools

• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

• Ability to work efficiently and meet production deadlines

• Positive attitude, flexibility, and strong work ethic

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
