Trim & Door Installer

Location: Owatonna, MN
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $22–$26/hr (based on experience)
Job Type: On-site, Full-time, Contract-to-Hire

About the Role

Adecco is hiring Trim and Door Installers to support production in an indoor, modular manufacturing environment. This role focuses on installing interior doors, trim, and finish carpentry components within modular units while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and productivity.

This position is well-suited for individuals with construction, carpentry, or hands-on labor experience who are looking for steady hours and long-term opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Install interior doors, frames, baseboards, and trim components

• Measure, cut, and fit materials using hand and power tools

• Read and follow blueprints, layouts, and work instructions

• Ensure proper alignment, fit, and finish of installed materials

• Perform minor adjustments and repairs as needed

• Complete quality checks and take ownership of finished work

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

• Assist in other areas as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Construction, framing, carpentry, or related experience preferred

• Experience using hand and power tools

• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math

• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing, bending, and repetitive motion

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Comfortable performing physical tasks throughout the shift

Work Environment

• Indoor, climate-controlled manufacturing facility

• Fast-paced, team-oriented production setting

Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
