This role manages production leads and support employees; overseeing all aspects of production including digital logs, maintaining daily production flow, and ensuring all quotas are enforced and goals are met. The Production Supervisor will need to understand processes in all production departments; kitchen, packaging, and inventory and have the ability to manage these departments interchangeably. They will be expected to set standard and coordinate functions through clear communication with team members, while working closely with management to ensure all functions are achieved. This role must be able to work a flexible schedule.
