Production Supervisor (2nd Shift)

Description Salary Range: $75,000 – 84,000 annually (pending experience) Hours: Monday - Friday / 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, flexibility required for business needs. Qualifications, Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree preferred 3+ years of printing experience, flexo preferred 2+ years of leadership experience. Ability to perform problem analysis, mechanical troubleshooting, conflict resolution, and production planning. Experience with Microsoft Office. Experience with CERM or other ERP system preferred. Safety shoes and vision protection are required. Hearing protection required in designated areas. This role operates in a manufacturing environment that requires frequent exposure to non-toxic/nuisance smells from chemicals, airborne dust, moving mechanical parts, high noise levels and hot/humid environmental conditions in the manufacturing area.
