Compensation & Benefits (Production-Based):
- High Earning Pontential: $300,000 MD/DO and $180,000 for NP/PA.
- Health Insurance: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- 401(K) Matching: 4% dollar for dollar.
- Loan repayment: $5,250/yr tax-free until paid in full.
- Expense reimbursement: $4,800/yr tax-free.
Qualifications:
- Current, unencumbered Arizona license.
- A genuine passion for community-based primary care.
