Compensation & Benefits (Production-Based):

High Earning Pontential: $300,000 MD/DO and $180,000 for NP/PA.
Health Insurance: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
401(K) Matching: 4% dollar for dollar.
Loan repayment: $5,250/yr tax-free until paid in full.
Expense reimbursement: $4,800/yr tax-free.

Qualifications:

Current, unencumbered Arizona license.
A genuine passion for community-based primary care.
