Executive RecruiterThe Executive Recruiter is responsible for executing the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for top tier, mid- to senior-level professional direct hire job orders for a variety of clients. Partners with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs. Analyzes hiring needs, determines best recruiting methods, creates and deploys client and role-specific recruiting strategies. Develops client accounts and generates new business through candidate and client leads, referrals and various forms of marketing. Builds and maintains a comprehensive candidate pipeline that addresses client needs. Serves as subject matter expert on market trends, target industries, and roles.Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. Minimum of three (3) years of experience recruiting top tier, mid- to senior-level candidates or relevant industry experience is required.Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service. Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions. Ability to demonstrate business acumen and market insight. Knowledge of and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations. Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems. Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices and methodologies. Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Customer Relationship Management Systems and/or related tools.It's an exciting time to be part of our team. In addition to base salary, the position is also eligible for incentive compensation based on achievements outlined in the compensation plan.Anticipated Salary:California – $70,304Colorado – $57,783.96-$70,000New York City, Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester Counties - $66,300-$70,000New York- All Other Locations - $62,353.20-$70,000Washington - $80,168.40Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
