Overview Lead mechanical operations for MEP projects, ensuring efficient execution and compliance with industry standards and best practices. Troubleshoot mechanical issues, providing innovative solutions to maintain project timelines and quality standards. Develop and manage commissioning schedules, ensuring seamless project transitions and operational readiness. Collaborate with subcontractors and teams to optimize mechanical systems and processes for enhanced efficiency. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements throughout all project phases. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering professional growth and development. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables effectively. Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control measures. Key Responsibilities & Duties Oversee mechanical systems installation and maintenance for MEP projects, ensuring optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure project continuity and quality standards. Develop and implement commissioning schedules for mechanical systems, ensuring operational readiness. Coordinate with subcontractors to optimize mechanical operations and project efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements throughout all project phases. Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration and innovation. Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and budget constraints. Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability. Job Requirements Associate of Science (AS) degree in a relevant field is required. 10-15 years of experience in mechanical MEP projects, preferably with a mechanical subcontractor. Proficiency in developing commissioning schedules and troubleshooting mechanical systems effectively. Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in mechanical projects. Excellent communication and leadership skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Experience with resource allocation and cost control in mechanical projects is essential. Familiarity with ESOP and benefits management is considered a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
