Outpatient EMG Trainee

Performs EMG procedures according to facility policy and procedures and assists with throughput of clinic.

Responsibilities

Completes EMGs for both inpatient and out-patients. Maintains laboratory supplies and environment. Communicates with health care team. Travels to hospital bedside. Supporting clinic throughput commensurate with medical assistant role. Orders, stocks, maintains department supplies Performs EMG testing in both the in-patient and out-patient setting. Supporting clinic throughput commensurate with medical assistant role. Activities to include but not limited to rooming patients, sending normal result notes to patients, MRI screening, assisting with bedside procedures being performed by providers.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $15.91per hour - $25.77per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
