Promotional Product Pricing Specialist/Customer Service

Job Description:

We pride ourselves on top quality products, competitive pricing, quick turnaround times, and immaculate customer service.


We are looking to add a motivated candidate to become a dedicated pricing specialist/ customer service for promotional products. This is a full time, in office position.


Key Responsibilities of the Promotional Product Pricing Specialist/Customer Service

• Learning and building relationships with new and previous promotional item vendors and manufacturers
• Building catered sales presentations to meet client need
• Aiding sales reps as necessary to maximize company revenue
• Comparing different suppliers and manufacturers in order to present the best quality product at the most efficient margins

Qualifications Required for the Promotional Product Pricing Specialist:

• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE PURCHASING PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS DOMESTICALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY
• Purchasing of promotional products both domestically and internationally, directly from the manufacturers
• Strong phone skills and interpersonal skills
• Strong email skills and presentation building skills
• Industry knowledge and experience within the promotional product and advertising field
