Salary:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support PLM and Category Manager to maintain a good relationship with customers and ensure satisfaction. Collect and organize customer profiles, convey customer needs and complaints to the team on time and provide prompt solutions.
- Support product team to achieve target, including generating PI, maintaining price in VC system, processing sales orders, following up the production and shipment to ensure on time delivery; collecting, managing, tracking and analyzing all indicators.
- Market research, collect and analyze data, provide the basis for PLM and Category Manager to make correct strategies.
- Support PLM and Category Manager to manage product information, customer contracts, SOA, and some temporary tasks that are assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
University Graduate. Should be familiar in BG and WG products
3 to 5 years experience is preferred
Must know Chinese Mandarin. English and Spanish: conversation and excellent writing skills
Should be positive and patient
Ability to communicate efficiently with people within the company
Ability to work independently
Ability to prioritize and manage expectations
A keen eye for detail
Intermediate Excel knowledge required
