About the Role As a Sales Associate, better known as a “Product Specialist,” at Skechers, you’ll engage with customers, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the success of the store. This entry‑level retail role offers a flexible schedule and room to grow. Compensation Starting rate: $17.00 hourly. Pay range: $17.00 – $18.04. Benefits Competitive pay with regular increases. Potential for growth within the Skechers global brand. What You’ll Do Engage customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products and help them find the perfect choice. Actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals. Maintain store appearance: organize displays, restock shelves, and manage merchandise. Lift and carry shoes and boxes, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, and remain standing for most of the shift. Handle cashier responsibilities, accurately process payments, and ensure a great final impression. Stay informed about the latest Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories; share product details to improve the customer experience and boost sales. Collaborate with teammates to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand and meets company standards. What We Need From You Eager to deliver top‑notch customer service, driven to meet and exceed retail sales goals, reliable and detail‑oriented, comfortable with cashier responsibilities, flexible with evening and weekend availability, and excited to represent the Skechers brand with energy, enthusiasm, and a sense of urgency. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required). Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles (a plus, but not essential).
