Compensation: 50K Base + Commission

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Representative role based in Tampa, FL. The Inside Sales Representative will handle incoming inquiries, consult with customers on tent options, and prepare quotes that align with event requirements and budgets. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, following up on leads, conducting outbound calls and emails to prospective and existing customers, and maintaining accurate records in the sales system. The role will involve coordinating closely with production and logistics teams to confirm availability, timelines, and order details, helping ensure prompt delivery and high customer satisfaction. The Inside Sales Representative will also support ongoing customer relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and contribute to meeting individual and team sales goals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated Inside Sales experience with the ability to manage the full sales cycle and close orders.
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Account Management to develop, nurture, and grow a customer base.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone and email etiquette.
• Comfort with CRM or sales management software, Microsoft Office, and basic data entry.
• Ability to work on-site in Tampa, FL, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and handle a fast-paced environment.
• Organizational and time-management skills to prioritize multiple requests and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in B2B sales, event services, or manufacturing is beneficial;
  high school diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
