Inside Sales Representative
Crestfield Talent
Crestfield Talent is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support customer outreach, lead follow-up, and day-to-day sales activity.
This hybrid role is a good fit for someone who communicates confidently, enjoys working toward goals, and is comfortable speaking with prospective customers by phone, email, and virtual meetings.
Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers by phone and email
- Follow up with inbound leads and new sales inquiries
- Explain products or services based on customer needs
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM systems
- Schedule follow-up calls and sales conversations
- Track open opportunities and pending follow-up tasks
- Support account executives with pipeline activity
- Build professional relationships with prospective customers
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with prospective customers
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Strong organization and follow-up skills
- Comfortable using CRM and office software
- Professional and dependable
- Previous sales, retail, business development, or customer-facing experience is preferred
