The Production Lead provides feedback on performance to the Production Supervisor(s) and/or Manufacturing Shift Manager, assists in interviewing potential candidates, helps coordinate work for the assigned team, and provides guidance and support to specific areas of responsibility and/or teams as designated by the Manufacturing Shift Manager and/or Production Supervisor(s). This role supports the production department by providing input and feedback on processes and team performance while promoting all policies, safety procedures, goals, expectations, and CCCI's purpose and values.Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupports daily production activities to ensure safe, efficient operationsLeads pre- and post-shift meetings and communicates key updates to the teamEnsures production processes and systems (e.g., SAP, D4A, Altizon) are followed and accuratePerforms equipment setup, startup, operation, and changeovers across multiple machinesMonitors production, inspects product quality, and makes adjustments to maintain standardsConducts quality checks and communicates results to support teamsTrains new team members and provides day-to-day guidance on the production linePerforms other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesPreferred certifications or training may include: Forklift certification Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Hazard Communication (HazCom) Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
