Insurance Sales Representative

Job Description Seeking motivated sales agents to join a AAA insurance office in Novi, MI. In this full-time position you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients with their insurance needs. You will leverage your sales skills to promote various insurance products, ensuring that clients receive the best coverage tailored to their individual requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication abilities and a passion for helping others. $35,000 annual base salary plus five percent commission on all new business $45K - $50K should be expected Additional bonus may be available depending on overall office performance Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Paid Holidays We will pay for licensing Hours: M-F 9:00 am- 5:00 pm Responsibilities Promote various insurance products, ensuring that clients receive the best coverage tailored to their individual requirements The ideal candidate will possess strong communication abilities and a passion for helping others Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate products Conduct telemarketing efforts to generate new leads and expand the client base Follow-up on leads which will be provided Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to ensure client satisfaction Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up with clients Requirements Licensing: Must possess a current Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance license or Personal Lines license or be willing to obtain one.
