Job Description & Requirements Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/02/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical UnitSchedule This position requires a Night 3x12-Hour shift from 19:00 to 07:00. Job Description We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, including the management of complex medical conditions and critical patient needs. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and manage patients with diverse diagnoses, including DKA, acute respiratory conditions, ETOH withdrawal, and sepsis. Perform phlebotomy and IV placement as required. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient care. Utilize special equipment such as CADD Pumps and PCA pumps. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards in patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a similar medical/surgical environment. Current ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
