Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician – El Paso, TXA well-established company in El Paso is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their team. Responsibilities include:Perform general maintenance on drive-thru and related equipment (audio/video systems, drive-in units, etc.)Repair or replace plumbing fixtures, pipes, and valves; clear obstructions as neededComplete minor carpentry work (cabinet installation, door locks/closures, etc.)Diagnose and repair basic electrical issues (motors, circuit wires, fixtures, lamps, ballasts)Conduct HVAC maintenance and basic repairsMove and lift furniture and equipment between buildingsPerform preventive maintenance (changing filters, cleaning coils)Follow safety regulations while operating company vehicleOther duties as assignedRequirements include:3–5 years of experience in commercial building maintenanceSkilled in basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentryAbility to use hand and power toolsHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license requiredFlexible schedule; ability to work outdoors and at heightsOvertime and weekend availability as neededSchedule:Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.Saturday (rotating): 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.Rotating schedule for after-hours emergenciesPay: $17.40 – $22.00 per hour
