Athletic Trainer - Lacrosse Camp

In the athletic trainer role, you will evaluate the physical condition of athletes, maintain deep knowledge of techniques for treating sports injuries, and recommend multiple options to injured players. Success will be demonstrated by the swift recovery of injured athletes and reduction of injuries through proper training and conditioning. Duties/Responsibilities Present to assist in any needs during camp Treat in-camp injuries Design rehabilitation programs Inform injured players’ families of athlete’s condition Monitor progress Maintain records Plan preventive measures Minimum Qualifications Prior experience in a similar role Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training or related field Valid certification or state license Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent leadership and teamwork skills Strong attention to detail Background in sports injuries and proper nutrition Physically fit Compensation Pay Range $45/hour EEO Statement The University System of New Hampshire is an Equal Opportunity/Equal Access employer.
