Employee Benefits Specialist

Benefits AnalystThe Benefits Analyst supports administration of Health & Welfare and Retirement programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, FSA, 401(k), and pension plans. This role manages complex benefits inquiries, ensures regulatory compliance, and partners with vendors to deliver seamless employee support. The analyst contributes to process improvements, supports open enrollment and onboarding, and maintains plan documentation while operating in a self-driven, results-oriented environment.Responsibilities:Administer Health & Welfare and Retirement benefits programsResolve complex employee benefits issues and escalationsManage vendor relationships and ensure service deliveryEnsure compliance with ERISA, FMLA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, Medicare, and IRS regulationsSupport open enrollment, onboarding, and employee communicationsMaintain plan documents and Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs)Deliver benefits training and employee support servicesAssist in M&A benefits integration activitiesAnalyze and improve benefits processes and reportingQualifications:Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required3–5 years of experience in Benefits Administration, focused on Health & Welfare programsStrong knowledge of U.S.
