Job Description
The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading logistics and warehousing organization in South San Francisco, CA to hire a dependable and dedicated Warehouse Handler who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in organization and accuracy, and wants to be part of a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

You'll play a key role in ensuring inventory is received, stored, and shipped accurately, helping keep operations running smoothly and efficiently

What You'll Do

• Receive, inspect, and verifyincoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents
• Safely load, unload, and movematerials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Handle materials safely andefficiently while following safety procedures
• Organize and store inventory tomaximize space and accessibility
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders forshipment in accordance with shipping standards
• Maintain accurate inventory recordsand assist with cycle counts
• Keep the warehouse clean,organized, and safe
• Conduct inventory counts and reportany inventory discrepancies or issues to management
• Collaborate with team members tomeet daily operational goals and resolve issues promptly
• Support timely deliveries, customersatisfaction, and overall business success

What We're Looking For

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift and move 50+ lbssafely
• Experience operating warehouseequipment such as forklift, pallet jack, etc.(certification preferred butnot mandatory)
• Strong attention to detail andability to follow instructions
• Basic understanding of warehousesafety practices

Preferred:

• Forklift operator certification
• Previous warehouse or logisticsexperience
• Familiarity with inventory managementsoftware & barcode scanning systems
• Basic computer skills for dataentry and inventory tracking
• Strong communication skills withthe ability to collaborate effectively with team members and communicateclearly with supervisors

Work Environment & Schedule

• Warehouse setting with activeequipment and moving materials

Shift Schedule:

• Full-time (typically 40 hours/week)
• Shifts may vary based onoperational needs (day, early morning, or evening shifts)
• Occasional overtime may be required
