We are looking for an experienced hand tossed pizza maker!
Daily job duties:- Stretch, prepare, and cook anywhere from 40-120 hand tossed pizzas a day
- General upkeep of pizza unit (stocking & clean)
- Prepare, cut, and roll dough
This employment opportunity is to work for both of our business locations, the one posted in Marcy along with our Frankfort location. What we are looking for is a biweekly schedule with set days offering 39 hours one week and 42 hours the next.
The schedule would be as follows:
Week One (39 hours)
Monday: 10am-4pm (Marcy Location)
Tuesday: 10am-5pm (Frankfort Location)
Wednesday: 10am-8pm (Marcy Location)
Thursday: 10am-8pm (Marcy Location)
Friday: 10am-4pm (Frankfort Location)
Saturday: Off
Sunday: Off
Week Two (42 hours)
Monday: 10am-9pm (Frankfort Location)
Tuesday: 10am-8pm (Marcy Location)
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Off
Friday: 10am-8pm (Marcy Location)
Saturday: 10am-3pm (Marcy Location) & 4pm-10pm (Frankfort Location)
Sunday: Off
We are looking to fill this schedule in its entirety with one employee, not shift by shift.
Both locations are set with the same standards and same expectations of daily duties. Due to them being two separate legal entities, you will have two separate W2’s along with pay from each respective location for said hours.
Both locations offer hand tossed pizza that is prepared using a metal screen rather than off a peel in a standard brick oven. Our locations are approximately 15 minutes from each other and are connected via major highways. We are experiencing record highs at both locations so be prepared for a fast pace environment on this unit especially on the target nights (i.e Friday and Saturday).
