Manager Trainee

Job Description The Manager In Training program provides hands‑on training in Sales, Operations, Customer Service, finance, fleet management, and people management. This position has a clearly defined career path to Branch Manager in as little as 12‑18 months. This role supports the achievement of location sales goals and customer service excellence. What You’ll Get Hourly Rate is $21.00 + Commission. Sign‑on Bonus: $2,000 ($1,000 paid at 60 and 90 days of employment) Benefits: Further program information can be found here at HertzBenefits.com.
