Final inspector

We are seeking a detail-oriented Final Inspector to join our manufacturing team in Hauppauge, NY. The Final Inspector is responsible for performing final inspections of finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications, company quality standards, and applicable industry requirements before shipment. Responsibilities

• Verify product compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Use precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools.
• Review production documentation, inspection reports, and certifications for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify, document, and report product defects or non-conformances.
• Approve or reject products based on quality standards and inspection criteria.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and safety regulations.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
