We are a top‑performing supplier supporting major military aircraft platforms, ground‑support systems, Boeing, Airbus, and emerging SpaceX‑related programs. The Role You will perform in-process and final dimensional inspections of tight-tolerance machined parts and assemblies according to exact technical specifications. You will verify that all manufactured goods meet rigid AS9100 and military compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) and complex in-process and final inspections. Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles. Program, set up, and operate CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) using Zeiss Calypso / PC-DMIS software. Utilize manual measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, thread gages, and drop gages. Document non-conformances and maintain accurate quality control records in our ERP system. Requirements Minimum of 2-5 years of hands‑on quality inspection experience in an aerospace, defense, or tight‑tolerance CNC machining environment. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and ASME Y14.5 GD&T standards. Proven proficiency in CMM programming and operation. Experience with aerospace quality standards (AS9100/ISO 9001). High school diploma or equivalent (Technical degree or ASME GDTP certification is a plus).
