- Inside Sales Specialist* Full Time* Call CenterThis role is for someone who moves quickly, listens closely, and follows through with care. You will re-engage with homeowners who already showed interest in Renewal by Andersen but did not schedule during their first conversation. Your job is to understand what held them back, answer questions cleaApply Now## Job Details```Responsibilities- Contact homeowners who did not schedule during their initial conversation.- Understand their concerns and identify opportunities to re-engage interest.- Address objections, answer questions, and help homeowners feel informed about our products and services.- Set appointments with the homeowner and our Sales Consultants.- Document conversations and follow-up activity accurately.- Work toward appointment-setting and performance goals with urgency and accountability.- Participate in coaching, training, and team development with an open, growth-minded approach.- Follow Inside Sales Center policies and procedures.- Support additional responsibilities as business needs change.Qualifications- At least one year of experience in call center, customer service, sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting roles preferred.- Clear, confident communication and strong listening skills.- Ability to confidently handle objections and navigate challenging conversations.- A self-directed approach and comfort working toward measurable goals.- Strong organization and follow-through.- Comfort using multiple systems and learning new tools.- Adapt quickly while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and care.Benefits- Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance - Teammate Assistance Plan - Tuition Reimbursement - 401k with 50% match up to 6% of your annual pay - Paid Time Off - Company Paid Holidays - Paid Volunteer Time - And more!
