Back Inside Sales Rep Sales Support Westborough , Massachusetts Temp Per Hour Jul 27, 2026 20-25 Inside Sales Representative (Temporary) Location: Marlborough, MA (Hybrid) Pay Rate: $20.00-$25.00 per hour Duration: Temporary assignment through the end of October Openings: 10 Position Overview We are seeking 10 motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join a dynamic corporate sales team in Marlborough, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are competitive, goal-oriented, and looking to gain valuable sales experience with the potential to transition into a permanent remote position. The role offers a hybrid work schedule and a fun, performance-driven environment with weekly sales contests and opportunities to earn additional incentive pay. Responsibilities Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics. Accurately document customer interactions in company systems. Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve sales objectives. Participate in weekly sales contests and incentive programs. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Qualifications Previous sales, customer service, call center, or inside sales experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven. Comfortable making outbound calls and working toward sales goals. Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems. Reliable, professional, and able to work independently in a hybrid environment. Schedule & Compensation Hybrid schedule based out of the corporate office in Marlborough, MA. $20.00-$25.00 per hour , based on experience. Weekly sales contests with opportunities to earn additional incentive pay.
