Oversee daily project activities including monitoring status, auditing, and work‑in‑progress. Create preliminary estimates using estimating software. Review and validate job site documentation. Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end. Assist and collaborate with other departments as needed. Position Requirements High school diploma or GED (preferred). At least one year of customer service and/or office‑related experience. Ability to multitask and remain detail‑oriented. Proficiency with relevant computer applications. Skills, Physical Demands, and Competencies This sedentary role is in a fast‑paced office environment. Some filing work is required, including lifting files, opening filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary.
