We're hiring Customer Service Representatives who are genuinely good with people and relentless about follow-through. If you're a natural problem-solver who writes well, stays calm under pressure, and takes it personally when someone has a bad experience - keep reading.

What You'll Do

• Be the first voice customers hear. Field calls and messages about service, scheduling, billing, and everything in between - with warmth and zero runaround.
• Solve, don't deflect. Dig into what the customer actually needs, coordinate the right follow-up, and stay with it until it's resolved.
• Hold the standard. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving day without letting the personal touch slip.
• Share in reputation management. Everyone on the team helps respond to customer reviews and social comments. It won't be your whole day, but when it's your turn you'll be representing Four Seasons publicly - and we'll train you to do it well.

What You Bring

• Customer service experience with a track record of showing up, following through, and staying professional when things get tense.
• Familiarity with review and social platforms (Google, Facebook, Yelp, Nextdoor) - or the willingness to learn. Reputation management experience is a plus, not a prerequisite.
• Sharp written and verbal communication - tone and clarity matter, since some of what you write is seen by customers directly.
• The ability to multitask, think critically, and adapt when the day changes on you.
• Typing proficiency of at least 30 WPM.
• A team-first mindset - we cover for each other here.
• Availability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as business and customer needs require.
