Pricing/Billing Specialist - Murray, KY

Pay: $17.00-$18.00/hour
Location: Murray, KY
Schedule: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

Transfer data from reports into spreadsheets accurately
Track trailer utilization and prepare detention invoices for customers
Cross-check rate confirmations against orders to ensure accurate billing
Assist Billing and Pricing Specialists with various tasks to improve team productivity
Process bids using bid platforms to manage pricing exercises
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous pricing, billing, invoicing, or office experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data entry
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
