About the sales role Hawthorne Payments is seeking highly motivated, self-driven Sales Representatives to grow and maintain our sales channel in the San Marcos and surrounding communities. As a Sales Agent Partner, you will identify and establish contact with new small business clients while nurturing existing relationships — all on your own schedule.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and identify new small business clients in San Marcos and the surrounding area
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with local business owners
• Present and sell merchant services solutions with 100% transparent pricing
• Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Represent Hawthorne Payments with professionalism and integrity

We work with 1099 outside sales agents across the U.S., offering a non-exclusive partnership model with lifetime residuals, fast approvals, and no quotas or monthly minimums.
Our agents get access to free Clover POS placement for standard merchants, high-risk capable processing (CBD, vape, dispensaries, and more), and hands-on support from a recruiting and sales leadership team that's been in the merchant services industry for years — not a call center, not a script.
