Administrative Coordinator
The Administrative Coordinator is a member of INEX / US Legend Cars, a subsidiary of Speedway Motorsports, LLC. This position is a full-time, hourly position reporting to the INEX Administrator.
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to appropriate employees
- Maintain email correspondence and respond independently when possible
- Accurately input and manage data in various systems and databases
- Assembly of decal packets
- Handle event registration, event packets and passes
- Assist in company event planning and arrangements
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting accuracy and efficiency of our daily office operations.
- Proven experience in an administrative assistant or similar role for 2 years.
- Familiarity with racing industry a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proactive and able to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to continually learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Able to interact professionally with employees at every level of the organization.
