Health Educator & Sales Ambassador — Part-Time, In Person

Company: Ultimate Medical Research LLC, representing Delgado Protocol
Location: Costa Mesa, California, with opportunities to participate in events and travel
Compensation: Base pay for approved event assignments, plus earned sales commissions and eligible bonuses

Delgado Protocol provides wellness education, lifestyle coaching, plant-based supplements, and programs focused on healthy aging, fitness, energy, weight management, mindset, and well-being.

We are seeking a motivated, reliable Health Educator and Sales Ambassador who enjoys connecting with people, explaining products and programs, following up with prospects, and generating sales. This is a sales-focused opportunity with room for growth based on demonstrated results.

Responsibilities

• Represent Delgado Protocol professionally at approved events, seminars, conferences, and other sales opportunities.
• Explain eligible supplements, wellness coaching, and VIP programs using approved educational materials.
• Identify prospective clients, answer questions, and help clients select appropriate nonmedical products and coaching services.
• Follow up with leads by phone, email, and text.
• Enter customer and prospect information into company-approved systems and maintain accurate sales records.
• Document event assignments, including the event name, city, date, and hours performed.
• Submit sales documentation and commission reports according to the agreement’s reporting schedule.
• Depending on qualifications and agreed project scope, contribute to blogs, social content, presentations, and general lifestyle education.
• This role does not authorize diagnosis, prescribing, medical treatment, or individualized medical advice.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and sales skills.
• Reliability, professional conduct, and willingness to learn the company’s products and programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, psychology, biology, nutrition, or a related field preferred. Equivalent education and at least two years of relevant sales or practical experience will be considered.
• Interest in whole-food, plant-based, oil-free nutrition, fitness, mindset, and healthy aging.
• Proficiency with Mac or PC computers, Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
• CRM, social media, writing, presentation, and design skills are a plus.

Compensation : Base Event Pay Plus Commissions
For approved event assignments, compensation includes base event pay plus earned sales commissions and eligible performance bonuses. Base event pay is paid separately and is not deducted from commissions or bonuses.
Specific rates, eligibility requirements, sales-verification procedures, and payment schedules will be outlined in the written agreement before work begins. Compensation for additional projects will be agreed upon in writing.

Engagement
Part-time, in-person opportunity with possible travel. The proposed engagement is through an independent contractor agreement, subject to applicable law and proper worker classification.
