Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state SLP license and ASHA CCC or CF eligibility
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Skilled at providing both direct and indirect speech-language services to school-aged children
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ needs
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and other school staff as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insight and recommendations for students’ success
• Engage in advisory and peer support sessions as part of a well-established support system
