Position Overview We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our in-house marketing team. A significant part of this role will involve writing engaging email copy, from weekly newsletters and subject lines to promotional campaigns, property marketing, and automated email sequences. You'll help execute marketing campaigns across multiple brands while supporting lead generation, audience growth, and customer engagement, ensuring the right people receive the right message at the right time. This is an execution-focused role with plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and take ownership as our brands continue to expand. Key Responsibilities Write compelling email marketing copy across multiple brands, including newsletters, promotional campaigns, property emails, nurture sequences, and automated workflows. Create, schedule, and send weekly email newsletters, taking ownership of both copy and campaign execution. Write and test subject lines, preview text, headlines, calls-to-action, and email body copy designed to increase opens, clicks, and conversions. Adapt copy and tone of voice for different audiences, brands, and campaign objectives. Turn company news, media content, property information, and marketing initiatives into clear, engaging, audience-focused email content. Manage CRM audience segmentation to deliver targeted and relevant marketing campaigns. Match new property listings with likely buyers and sellers using CRM data and automation. Assist with email marketing campaigns, automated workflows, A/B testing, and performance reporting. Build brand authority on community pages and support GEO/SEO initiatives. Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to copy, targeting, and campaign strategy to increase open rates, click-through rates, and engagement. Work closely with the media, sales, and leadership teams to identify stories, campaigns, and content opportunities. Maintain organized marketing calendars, assets, and campaign schedules. Stay up to date on email marketing trends, AI tools, SEO/GEO best practices, and emerging platforms. Required Skills & Experience 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, CRM marketing, copywriting, or a closely related role. Demonstrated experience writing marketing and email copy, with examples of newsletters, campaigns, promotional emails, nurture sequences, or similar work. Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to write concise, engaging, and persuasive content. Ability to understand an audience and adjust messaging, tone, and calls-to-action accordingly. Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Constant Contact, or similar. Understanding of email marketing fundamentals, including subject lines, CTAs, segmentation, A/B testing, open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Comfortable working with customer data, segmentation, and marketing lists. Excellent written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new systems quickly. Proficient with Google Workspace.
