Administrative Assistant Our Oshkosh client is a dynamic manufacturing company looking for a responsive, reliable, and professional Part-Time Administrative Assistant to keep the day-to-day operations running like a well-oiled machine. Position Administrative Assistant Job Location Oshkosh, WI Starting Date ASAP Employment Term Temp to hire Employment Type Part time Work Hours (Shift) 1st shift Starting Pay $20 to $22/hr Required Experience At least 2 years of experience As the Administrative Assistant, you are the face (and voice) of the company. Youll be the first point of contact for our customers and the "glue" that helps our internal departments stay organized and efficient. Key Responsibilities: Communication: Handle phone calls and emails with a professional, helpful touch. Support: Provide clerical and administrative assistance to the HR/Finance Manager. Organization: Maintain filing systems, records, and general office flow. Adaptability: Switch gears quickly between varied tasksfrom documentation to supporting the production shop floor. Reliability: Maintain strict confidentiality and meet deadlines to keep our workflow smooth. We are looking for a "self-starter" who doesn't need to be micromanaged once they know the ropes. Experience: Previous administrative or customer service experience is a big plus. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Resilience: The ability to stay professional and calm under pressure or when navigating different personalities. Engagement: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the unique atmosphere of a manufacturing plant. Education: High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred. Work Schedule & Environment Hours: Part-time, MondayThursday. Flexibility: While we offer semi-flexible hours within business limits, occasional Friday mornings may be required.
