Territory Sales Manager – Texas (TX/LA/AR/OK) Company: Superior Group of Companies (SCS) – Healthcare Apparel Brands: Wink, Carhartt & Fashion Seal Location: Based in Dallas, TX (preferred) Territory: Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma Overview The Opportunity: Join SCS as the Territory Sales Manager (TSM) for the Southwest region and lead growth for our branded healthcare apparel lines — Wink and Carhartt (with occasional Fashion Seal Healthcare products). This is a high-visibility role built for a seasoned sales professional who thrives in a territory ready for re-energizing. The ideal candidate will focus ~80% on managing and growing existing business, and ~20% on new account development. Responsibilities Own the territory sales plan Maintain and expand top customer accounts (top 20 accounts currently represent ~80% of territory revenue). Prospect, qualify and close new retail account opportunities, particularly mom-and-pop and mid-sized specialty stores. Sell primarily the Wink and Carhartt product lines, raising brand awareness, driving penetration, and coordinating merchandising and in-field activities. Report weekly activity and performance, managing pipeline and territory forecasting using Salesforce and Power BI. Travel overnight 60-75% of the time (mix of driving and flying), set your own schedule Partner with Sales Manager and coordinate with Marketing on in-field programs, promotions, and brand activations. What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience in apparel (experience in uniforms or medical apparel is a major plus). Proven track record in territory business growth, with strong hunter/farmer instincts (ideally ~80% farmer / 20% hunter mix). Comfortable calling on and building relationships with owners, buyers, store managers and key decision-makers in a retail environment. Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Salesforce (CRM) and data tools (Power BI preferred).
