HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN Interventional Radiology for a travel nursing job in Aurora, Colorado.

• Shift: 10 hours, days

• Number of Beds - 3 IR Rooms, 5-6 Prep area bays
• Number of Staff – Currently 13
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift – 4 techs and 4-5 RN’s
  • Night Shift - On call 5p - 7a Monday to Friday; on call 24 hours Sat/Sunday
• Patient Ratios – 1 Patient per room/team. Prep area max 1 RN:3 patients
• Type of equipment - X Ray, Fluro, GE, Siemens & Philips
• EMR – Meditech / CPN

Neuro experience REQ.

List typical procedures performed on unit(s): 

• Drains to neuro and more complex cases such as air spheres and tumor ablation
• Ortho/Spine

On-call consists of - 5-10 days of call a month depending on the needs of the department shared by all. Call starts at 5:30p-7a Must reside within 30 minutes of facility during on-call time frame
