Personal Injury Paralegal

Applicants must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Paralegal to be considered. Bilingual (Spanish) is a STRONG plus but not required. Job Overview: As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a hands-on role in all phases of personal injury litigation. You will work closely with attorneys, clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel to move cases forward efficiently and effectively in a collaborative, high-energy environment. Key responsibilities include: Drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and litigation correspondence. Propounding and responding to discovery (interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admission) Managing e-filing and service of pleadings. Reviewing, organizing, and summarizing medical records, bills, and wage loss documentation. Assisting with trial and hearing preparation, including exhibit organization. Preparing settlement demand packages and assisting with damages analysis. Maintaining litigation calendars, deadlines, and docket control. Communicating professionally and compassionately with clients. What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience. 5+ years of paralegal experience. Strong understanding of personal injury litigation from pre-lit through trial. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Confidence handling cases in a high-volume litigation environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a high attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Filevine case management system a plus. Pay Range:$25.00 – $30.00 per hour (commensurate with experience) Monthly discretionary bonuses based on team performance metrics Compensation packages are based on skill set, years and depth of experience, and certifications. 401(k).
