- PTSD screening and follow-up experience
- Complex discharge planning experience
- Behavioral health and community resource coordination
Description:
Candidates should have experience in trauma-focused psychosocial care.
Candidates should have experience in crisis intervention and family support.
Candidates should have experience in PTSD screening and follow-up.
Candidates should have experience in complex discharge planning.
Candidates should have experience in behavioral health and community resource coordination.
Experience in multidisciplinary collaboration with clinical teams is required.
Candidates should be involved in performance improvement initiatives.
Staff and resident education related to trauma and social work best practices is a focus.
Schedule can be 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
This is a temp-to-hire role.
This position is not intended for candidates primarily interested in private practice or psychotherapy-focused work.
