Position Overview: The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in this role will provide individualized mental health counseling and therapeutic support to clients dealing with a range of emotional and behavioral health concerns. The ideal candidate is adept at conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and providing therapeutic services in a client-focused manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mental health assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Offer individual, group, and family counseling sessions.
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients reach their mental health goals.
• Track client progress and update treatment plans as necessary.
• Keep accurate and timely records of all client interactions and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and connect clients to relevant community resources.

Requirements:

• Active LCSW licensure in New York State.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a counseling setting.
• Knowledge of effective mental health treatment methods and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
