Titles: Data Entry and Word Processing

Duration: Contract

Location: Jamaica, NY (11434)

Shift Timings: Mon-Fri 8am to 4:30pm

Pay: USD 16/hr USD 17/hr

Position summary: Responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in organizational systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Supports administrative and reporting functions by performing routine data verification and clean up tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical support to engineering department staffing including forms management, phone support, correspondences, staff meeting minutes, filing, ordering of office supplies, etc.
• Assist the engineering staff through performing data entry functions and preparing reports.
• Will be creating purchase requests for various engineering supplies and equipment.

Skills:

• Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, and E-mail) or standard equivalent
• Verbal and written communication and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
