Valatam Junior Administrative Assistant

This 100% remote Junior Administrative Assistant role is ideal for organized, detail-oriented bilingual professionals supporting clients from Latin America.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in updating process documentation and maintaining accurate, organized records.
- Handling file uploads and maintaining Google Drive organization according to established team guidelines.
- Executing routine data entry and supporting the preparation of basic internal reports.
- Monitoring general email inboxes and coordinating routine correspondence with clients and vendors.
- Conducting basic research and assisting with general document handling and preparation.
- Providing general administrative support to the team as needed.
